The Job 🩺 

We’re looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon who knows their way around complex cases, medical zebras and the theatre drawers. You’ll be a key part of our clinic, with leadership skills to advance your areas of expertise and interest in our team. In this area of Europe, you can still really make a difference as clinics are far apart.

• Unlimited CPD budget – if it improves you, we’re interested. Staff have travelled to Brazil, France, Greece, Belgium and the USA for training since 2024.

• A supportive, down-to-earth team who take their medicine seriously but not themselves, and actually have your back. Within the team we have three certificate holders and advanced expertise in dentistry, imaging, exotic medicine and feline nursing among others. We solve difficult cases as a team.

• Time to actually practice good medicine (imagine that!). 30-60 minute consults. Friendly clients and the world’s highest insurance rate among patients. Leave behind the days of being accused of being in it for the money.

• Go home 5pm or earlier every day. No out-of-hours.

• Clinic owners who are vets and work alongside the team, so difficulties are seen and improved. No corporate shares.

You Are…

• An experienced veterinary surgeon ready for a senior role and/or a change of scenery.

• Interested in becoming the best in your specialty where you practice (or maybe you already are!)

• Confident, curious, and kind.

• Interested in a long-term role where quality of life matters.

• Eligible to register as a veterinarian in Sweden (we cannot accommodate non-recognized degrees).

• Fluent in English or Swedish.
